The house is hidden from the main road down a gravel drive that is bounded by rhododendrons, birch and apple trees, and raspberry bushes, with old stone walls along the property lines.  You’ll see no visible neighbors, although visiting deer and wildlife are not uncommon.  The covered porch is a lovely gathering spot throughout the year, with a view of backyard fire pit and planting beds.  Motion detection lights illuminate the back and side yards.  The basement has walkout access to the backyard, and the balcony from the grand suite bedroom is the perfect spot to drink in the mountain views.
